随着教育事业的持续深化改革与蓬勃发展,大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设的重要性日益凸显,已然成为现代化思想政治教育发展的关键战略.习近平总书记对于大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设的深刻阐述,为落实新时代党的教育方针、推进思想政治教育高质量发展提供了行动指南.在迈向新征程的道路上,加强大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设应着眼全局,明确整体方向;继往开来,立足本土特色;高瞻远瞩,增强战略远见;融通思想,肩负时代使命.针对资源分配不均、学段衔接困难、家校社协作不足、师资素养有待提升等现实问题,实施优化教育资源配置、重视学段衔接与协作、推动家校社有机合作、提升师资队伍专业素养等创新性策略.
Abstract
With the continuously deepening reform and vigorous development of education,the inte-grated ideological and political education in primary,secondary,and higher education has become increas-ingly important,and has become a key strategy in the field of modern education.General Secretary Xi Jin-ping's profound exposition on the integrated ideological and political education in primary,secondary,and higher education provides an action guide for implementing our Party's educational policy in the new era and promoting high quality development of ideological and political education.On the road to a new jour-ney,to strengthen the integrated ideological and political education in primary,secondary,and higher ed-ucation,we should focus on the overall situation and clarify the overall direction,build on past achieve-ments and strive for new progress,look far ahead and aim high,and integrate ideas and understand real challenges.To address the problems of uneven distribution of resources,the difficulty in linking the phases of studying,the deficiency of the cooperation among family,school and society,the poor literacy of teach-ers,some innovative strategies like optimizing the distribution of educational resources,attaching impor-tance to the cohesion and collaboration of the phases of studying,promoting the cooperation among fami-ly,school and society and enhance teaching staff's professional literacy are implemented.
