Action Research Based on an Integrated Teaching Model Inside and Outside Classroom:Take the Teaching Implementation of"Ordinary High School Aerobics"for Example
How to effectively integrate resources inside and outside the classroom,explore and imple-ment integrated teaching,and enhance teachers'"innovation"is an important direction of teachers'profes-sional development.Based on the exploration of the teaching and implementation of"calisthenics",an im-portant course of Physical Education and Health Elective Courses of the ordinary high school,this paper probes into the exploration and implementation process of integrated teaching action research based on in-side and outside the classroom,and expounds the results obtained from the research,including the con-struction of a practical and efficient framework of teaching mode,the exploration of the implementation path,as well as the integration of the integrated teaching structure of aerobics inside and outside the class-room in ordinary high schools.
