现代产业学院的治理模式、评价建构与优化策略

现代产业学院是一种创新型的多元主体构成的教育组织,本质上是多元主体共治下的组织机构创新,承担起了向扶持产业、新兴产业及区域产业发展输送人才的社会责任.现代产业学院的治理能力是保障其平稳管理和发展的必要手段,现代产业学院必须拥有合适的治理体系以支撑其产教融合之路走深走实.通过梳理现代产业学院的治理模式,构建在多元主体共治下的符合长期战略目标的治理评价体系,利用模糊综合评价法和熵值法对治理评价体系指标进行赋权,确定各个指标的重要性,并以重要指标为基础提出了现代产业学院发展的优化策略,以期推进现代产业学院实现进一步资源整合,形成多元协同育人新格局,达成持续为社会和产业经济发展输送优质人才的战略目标.
Modern Industrial Colleges:Governance Mode,Evaluation Construction and Optimization Strategy
Modern industrial college is an innovative educational organization composed of multiple subjects,which is essentially an organizational innovation under the common governance of multiple subjects,and assumes the social responsibility of delivering talents for key support industries,emerging industries and regional industrial development.The governance ability of modern industrial colleges is a necessary means to guarantee their smooth management and development,so modern industrial colleges must have a suitable governance system to support their industry-education integration road to go deep and practical.This paper combs the governance status quo of modern industrial colleges and constructs a governance evaluation system that meets the long-term strategic goal under the co-governance of multiple subjects,and utilizes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy value method to empower the indexes of the governance evaluation system,determines the importance of various indexes,and puts forward the breakthrough suggestions of the path of the development of modern industrial colleges on the basis of the important index,so as to advance the modern industrial colleges to realize further resource integration and form a new pattern of multiple collaborative education to reach the strategic goal of continuously delivering quality talents for social and industrial economic development.
