The Reconstruction of Education Supervision System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the PDCA Cycle Theory
Cultivating technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of the times is the historical mission of the construction of high-level vocational colleges.The progressiveness and rationality of the educational supervision system have a profound impact on the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Through analysis,it is found that there are a series of problems in the current education supervision system of higher vocational colleges,including the establishment of supervision institutions,the positioning and working methods of supervision functions,the composition of supervision groups,and the feedback mechanism of supervision.The main concept of PDCA cycle theory is highly coupled with the entire process of educational supervision in vocational colleges,indicating that PDCA cycle theory has high guiding value for educational supervision in vocational colleges.Therefore,the paper proposes a basic construction idea for the educational supervision system in higher vocational colleges based on the PDCA cycle theory,and optimizes the current educational supervision system in higher vocational colleges from five aspects:strengthening the construction of educational supervision system,innovating the construction of supervision evaluation system,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of supervision team,forming a feedback loop of educational supervision,and promoting the construction of supervision information platform.
