Research on the Innovative Path of Talent Cultivation Model with Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Colleges
The comprehensive innovation of the talent cultivation model with integration of industry and education in vocational colleges is necessary for serving local economic development,vocational education reform,the development of schools,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.At present,there are still problems with the inaccurate positioning of the concept,insufficient participation of enterprises,and inadequate supply of"dual quality teacher"resources in the talent cultivation model with integration of industry and education in vocational colleges.To this end,vocational colleges should adopt the following innovative strategies:transforming their talent training concepts,solidifying the innovation foundation of talent training models;interpreting the production needs of enterprises,gradually developing new talent cultivation models;strengthening the construction of"dual quality teacher"teams,and playing a role in teacher guarantee.
