Construction of Structured Teaching Innovation Teams in Vocational Schools:Connotation,Difficulties and Solutions
Based on the current development status of vocational schools,this paper explores the theoretical connotation of the construction of structured teaching innovation teams in vocational schools.Based on a thorough investigation of the current situation of the construction of structured teaching innovation teams in vocational schools,the problems of weak cohesion atmosphere,unclear role positioning,insufficient institutional supply,and lack of practical ability in the current construction are revealed,and this paper explore the"1344"implementation path of building a structured teaching innovation team that closely follows the"one main line",implements the"three plans",establishes the"four classifications",and promotes the"four chain integration",providing corresponding reference and inspiration for the construction of structured teaching innovation teams in vocational schools.
