The"I-You"Meeting of the"Three Subjects"in Preschool Education Internship——Based on Martin Buber's Philosophy of Dialogue
The quality of preschool education internships has a significant impact on the training of preschool teachers.High quality preschool education internships require active and effective dialogue between interns and"dual mentors".Martin Buber's philosophy of"dialogue"believes that the true dialogue relationship is the"I you"relationship, and emphasizes the directness, interactivity, and contemporaneity of the"I-you"relationship.By observing Martin Buber's philosophy of"dialogue"and combining it with the current situation of preschool education internships, this paper explores and analyzes the"three subjects"of preschool education internships-interns,university guidance teachers, and kindergarten guidance teachers-who directly"meet"in the field of kindergarten internships.Through mutual interaction and influence, they construct an equal, inclusive, and trusting"I-you"dialogue relationship, thereby obtaining the necessity and implementation strategies for common growth,in order to provide new perspecti ves and ideas for improving the quality of preschool teacher education.
