学前教育实习"三主体"的"我-你"相遇——基于马丁·布伯的"对话"哲学

学前教育实习的质量对职前幼儿教师的培养具有重要的影响.高质量的学前教育实习需要实习生与"双导师"开展积极有效的"对话".马丁·布伯的"对话"哲学认为真正的对话关系是"我-你"关系,并强调"我-你"关系的直接性、相互性、现时性.通过观照马丁·布伯的"对话"哲学,结合当前学前教育实习实际样态,探讨学前教育实习的"三主体"——实习生、高校指导教师、幼儿园指导教师在幼儿园实习场域中直接"相遇"的现实情况,分析在相互作用和相互影响中构建平等、包容、信任的"我-你"对话关系,从而提出"三主体"共同成长的实现策略,以期为提升学前教师教育质量提供新的视角与思路.
The"I-You"Meeting of the"Three Subjects"in Preschool Education Internship——Based on Martin Buber's Philosophy of Dialogue
The quality of preschool education internships has a significant impact on the training of preschool teachers.High quality preschool education internships require active and effective dialogue between interns and"dual mentors".Martin Buber's philosophy of"dialogue"believes that the true dialogue relationship is the"I you"relationship,and emphasizes the directness,interactivity,and contemporaneity of the"I-you"relationship.By observing Martin Buber's philosophy of"dialogue"and combining it with the current situation of preschool education internships,this paper explores and analyzes the"three subjects"of preschool education internships-interns,university guidance teachers,and kindergarten guidance teachers-who directly"meet"in the field of kindergarten internships.Through mutual interaction and influence,they construct an equal,inclusive,and trusting"I-you"dialogue relationship,thereby obtaining the necessity and implementation strategies for common growth,in order to provide new perspecti ves and ideas for improving the quality of preschool teacher education.
