摘要

农村职业教育在助力乡村振兴及促进区域经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用.通过对澳大利亚TAFE学院在偏远地区开展职业教育与培训实践的探讨发现,构建普职融通、上下衔接的技能人才培养框架,将职业教育发展嵌入当地技能生态系统中,提供灵活多样的培训形式及系统性地改善方案是提升TAFE学院在偏远地区办学成效的重要原因.借鉴其经验,我国应切实加强对农村职业教育的投入;构建普职融通的国家职业资格框架,为农村职业教育学习者提供多元上升通道;开发权威统一的行业培训内容体系,保障农村职业教育培训质量;加强农村职业教育与农村经济社会及产业的互动式发展;采取灵活多样的职业教育与培训形式,增强农村职业教育的包容性和开放性.

Abstract

Rural vocational education plays an important role in assisting rural revitalization and promoting regional economic and social development.Through the exploration of vocational education and training practices carried out by TAFE College in remote areas,it was found that building a skills talent training framework that integrates general and vocational education,embedding vocational education development into the local skills ecosystem,providing flexible and diverse training forms,and systematic improvement plans are important reasons for improving the effectiveness of TAFE College in remote areas.Drawing on its experience,China should effectively strengthen investment in rural vocational education;Building a national vocational qualification framework that integrates general education and vocational education to provide diverse pathways for rural vocational education learners to advance;developing an authoritative and unified industry training content system to ensure the quality of rural vocational education and training;strengthening the interactive development between rural vocational education and rural economy,society,and industries;adopting flexible and diverse forms of vocational education and training to enhance the inclusiveness and openness of rural vocational education.
