摘要

专业教育与创新创业教育深度融合,是服务国家发展战略的时代要求,是职业教育增值赋能的发展需求,是职业院校人才培养改革创新的内在诉求.当下,职业院校尚存在双创教育与专业教育各自为营,双创教育顶层设计不足、课程支撑不够、师资力量薄弱等现实问题.坚持产教融合的办学路径,从"理念架构、顶层设计、培养模式、课程体系、教学场景、师资建设"六个维度改革实践,促进专业教育和双创教育深度融合,推动创新链、产业链、教育链、人才链"四链"融合,全面培养具有双创素养的高素质技术技能人才.

Abstract

The deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is a requirement of the times to serve the national development strategy,a development demand for value-added empowerment of vocational education,and an inherent demand for talent cultivation reform and innovation in vocational colleges.At present,vocational colleges still face practical problems such as independent entrepreneurship education and professional education,insufficient top-level design of entrepreneurship education,insufficient curriculum support,and weak teaching staff.In the future,we should adhere to the path of integrating industry and education,reform and practice from the six dimensions of"conceptual architecture,top-level design,training mode,curriculum system,teaching scenarios,and teacher construction",promote the deep integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education,promote the integration of innovation chain,industry chain,education chain,and talent chain,and comprehensively cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with entrepreneurship literacy.
