Teaching Adaptation and Management Optimization Strategies for Enterprise-Background Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges:Empirical Research Based on Zhejiang Province
Enterprise-background teachers are an important component of the"dual teacher"teaching team.With the expansion of the proportion of enterprise-background teachers in vocational colleges,their teaching adaptation has become an important practical issue in the construction of a high-quality"dual teacher"structure team.On the basis of clarifying the positioning requirements for enterprise-background teachers in policy regulations,a survey was conducted on the teaching adaptation status and problems of 136 enterprise background teachers in Zhejiang Province.It was found that enterprise background teachers did not establish a student-centered teaching concept,had a low level of mastery of professional knowledge and educational theory knowledge,and lacked teaching activity management and research abilities.In response to these issues,policy optimization strategies at the national level are proposed,including improving the qualification standards for"double qualified"teachers,improving the salary guarantee system for"double qualified"teachers,optimizing the training system for"double qualified"teachers,optimizing the standards and recruitment procedures for enterprise talent introduction,constructing an assistance service system that meets the professional transformation and development needs of enterprise-background teachers,optimizing teaching evaluation and reward and punishment systems,and other management optimization strategies at the vocational college level.
