In the context of high-quality development of vocational education,the construction of the"dual teacher"team in China requires policy innovation and more importantly,regional practice.Zhejiang Province has formed rich regional experience in policy promotion and practical exploration of the construction of a"dual teacher"teaching team,namely,working together with schools and enterprises to create a"dual teacher"structured team;taking projects as the starting point,implementing hierarchical and classified cultivation,and focusing on improving the"dual teacher"literacy;coupling hardness with softness,strengthening mechanism and institutional construction,and optimizing"dual teacher"management.These experiences,including strengthening the"dual teacher"structure and taking the linkage between schools and enterprises to jointly cultivate the"dual teacher"as an effective path,enhancing the"dual teacher"literacy,with the fundamental goal of promoting the sustainable development of teachers,optimizing the"dual teacher"management to establish an integrated mechanismand system as a guarantee,provide useful insights for the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in the context of high-quality development in China.
