Adaptive Development of Vocational Quality of Vocational College Students:Facing the Demands of Enterprises
From talent identification mechanisms such as behavioral interviews,it can be found that enterprises have different demands for professional qualities of inexperienced applicants, experienced applicants, employees, and managers. From the perspective of comprehensive human development, based on the demands of enterprises,a"gear model"for the adaptive development of vocational college students'professional qualities can be constructed, with socialist core values as the soul, vocational comprehensive qualities as the foundation, key job qualities as the key,and effective transformation abilities as the foundation. This requires a shift from teaching abstract knowledge to practical situations in specific situations, from passive acceptance of individuals to interactive multidimensional relationships, from existing stereotypes to honing key details, and from step-by-step practice to challenges beyond limits. In order to address the many deficiencies in the adaptive development of students'professional qualities, vocational colleges should formulate development standards, clarify training requirements, construct situational systems, reconstruct teaching relationships, reform evaluation methods, and carry out overall planning for educational and teaching reforms.
