Teacher Competency Under the "Dual Teacher" Recognition Standards:Model Construction and Training Strategies
"Dual teacher"is the main force for the sustainable development of vocational education.Strengthening the cultivation of"dual teacher quality"of vocational education teachers is an important strategy for building a high-quality"dual teacher"teaching team.Under the guidance of the"dual teacher"certification standards,this paper elaborates on the connotation of"dual teacher"competence,constructs a"dual teacher"competence model from three levels:basic competence,enhanced competence,and differentiated competence.and proposes"dual teacher"competence training strategies including improving the school-based training system,establishing a school enterprise collaborative cultivation model,constructing relevant guarantee mechanisms,and enhancing the self-development ability of teachers,so as to promote the construction of a high-quality"dual teacher"team in vocational education.
