The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Qualification Recognition of "Dual Teacher" in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit
The spirit of craftsmanship plays an important role in evaluating,promoting,and ensuring the qualification of"dual teacher"teachers.The research results show that the recognition of"dual teacher"teachers in vocational colleges presents an overall characteristic of basic establishment of the recognition system,continuous standardization of the recognition process,and continuous improvement of the recognition effect.At the same time,there are also difficulties such as unclear theoretical basis,lack of standardization in the implementation process,and inadequate supporting systems.The weakening of the craftsman spirit is an important reason for these difficulties,and embedding the concept of craftsman spirit is an inevitable means to solve these difficulties.To this end,it is necessary to establish a sense of"courage to innovate"and continuously strengthen theoretical exploration;promote the moral character of"love for work and dedication",and standardize the implementation of qualification certification;adhere to the attitude of"striving for excellence"and build a lean supporting system.
