摘要

日本企业相对完善的职业教育培养模式对高技能人才的培养以及日本经济的发展起到了至关重要的作用.基于动因理论,从环境动因、政策动因、经济动因、内在动因四个方面深入揭示日本企业参与高技能人才职业培训的原因,进一步探讨日本企业参与高技能人才职业培训的协同、激励、保障和育人机制.出台法律法规、重视企业文化、定位企业角色、加速产权改革是对我国企业培养高技能人才的有益借鉴.

Abstract

The relatively perfect vocational education and training mode of Japanese enterprises plays a vital role in the cultivation of highly skilled talents and the rapid development of Japanese economy.Based on the theory of motivation,the reasons for Japanese enterprises to participate in vocational training of highly skilled talents are deeply revealed from four aspects:environmental motivation,policy motivation,economic motivation and internal motivation,and the coordination,incentive,guarantee and education mechanism of Japanese enterprises to participate in vocational training of highly skilled talents are further discussed.The introduction of laws and regulations,attaching importance to corporate culture,positioning the role of enterprises and accelerating the reform of property rights are useful references for Chinese enterprises to train highly skilled talents.
