产教融合视域下高技能人才培养路径优化方略——以宁波第二技师学院为例

如何寻求最优化的路径培养高技能人才是技工院校深化产教融合、推进高质量发展必须正视的迫切问题.通过对校本实践的探索与总结,分析当前技工院校高技能人才培养的现状,提出了"一院建设、三维协同、四方评价"技工院校高技能人才培养优化路径,通过推进职业训练院建设,以校—政—企三个维度协同为高技能人才培养提供优良的内循环环境,从知识能力、技术能力、职业素养、成果转化率追踪等四方位建立高技能人才评价体系,并通过政策支持、资金与人才支持、校企互惠制度支持等多方面健全保障机制,为技工院校的高质量发展提供参考样本.
Optimization Strategy for the Training Path of High skilled Talents from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration——Taking Ningbo Second Technician College as an Example
How to seek the optimal path to cultivate high skilled talents is an urgent issue that vocational colleges must face in deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting high-quality development.Through the exploration and summary of school-based practice,this paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating high skilled talents in technical colleges and proposes an optimization path for the cultivation of high skilled talents in technical colleges including"Constructing vocational training colleges,Coordinating the three dimensions,Evaluating by four subjects".By promoting the construction of vocational training institutes and coordinating the three dimensions of school government enterprise,a favorable internal circulation environment is provided for the cultivation of high skilled talents.A high skilled talent evaluation system is established from four aspects:knowledge ability,technical ability,professional competence,and achievement conversion rate tracking.Through policy support,funding and talent support,and school enterprise mutual benefit system support,a sound guarantee mechanism is established to provide reference samples for the high-quality development of technical colleges.
