德国职业教育与高等教育协同创新探析——以德国双元制高等教育模式为例

摘要
在人口结构变化、教育关系变动、人才规格提升的现实背景下,德国职业教育与高等教育迫切需要作出适应性调整,协同创新成为两者共同发展的关键路径之一.以双元制高等教育为代表的协同创新模式展现了德国职业教育与高等教育间的深度合作与潜力.该模式不仅体现了职业教育与高等教育相辅相成的双元属性,更彰显了两类教育相结合的双元价值,并超越了传统的机构界限,发展成为一种与机构类型相脱耦的教育理念,为教育领域的创新发展提供了有力的示范和借鉴.融合职业性与学术性的理念指引、构建两类教育的创新形态、满足多方需求的实践措施保障是德国职业教育与高等教育协同创新的核心发展经验.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of changes in population structure,educational relationships,and talent standards,Germany's vocational education and higher education urgently need to make adaptive adjustments,and collaborative innovation has become one of the key paths for their common development.The collaborative innovation model represented by the dual system higher education demonstrates the deep cooperation and potential between vocational education and higher education in Germany.This model not only reflects the dual nature of vocational education and higher education complementing each other,but also highlights the dual value of combining the two types of education.It transcends traditional institutional boundaries and has developed into an educational concept that is decoupled from institutional types,providing a strong demonstration and reference for innovative development in the field of education.The core development experience of collaborative innovation between vocational education and higher education in Germany is to integrate the concept of vocational and academic nature,construct innovative forms of two types of education,and provide practical measures to meet the needs of multiple parties.
