The System Logic of High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education——Comparative Analysis Based on Germany,Australia and Britain
Based on the induction and analysis of the practical experience of the vocational education system in Germany,"dual system",Australia,"TAFE"and Britain's"modern apprenticeship",the development of vocational education towards high quality needs the systematic support of the teaching standard system,the evaluation system of students'vocational ability development,and the quality evaluation and supervision guarantee system,They take"students'professional ability development"as the core and form a close internal logical connection.At present,there is not only the lack of key institutional elements in the construction of China's vocational education system,but also the lack of effective coordination between the established relevant institutional elements,which leads to the deviation of the operation of vocational education from the core goal and fall into the practical misunderstanding of low-quality development,which is manifested in the project-based focus of quality evaluation,the utilitarianism of school organi-zational behavior and the marginalization of classroom teaching status.The high-quality development of modern vo-cational education urgently needs to build the evaluation system of students'vocational ability development,promote the operation of vocational education quality evaluation and supervision guarantee system,always focus on students'vocational ability development,and systematically strengthen the internal logical relationship between the teaching standard system and other different system elements.
