The Construction and Application of Flexible Layered Teaching Model in Higher Vocational Colleges
Based on the theories of individualized teaching,multiple intelligences,the zone of proximal development,and effective teaching,a flexible layered teaching model for higher vocational colleges has been created,which is people-oriented and based on vocational positions.Through goal stratification,content stratification,and process stratification,students are allowed to independently choose their professional direction,job courses,and internship positions to learn.This leads students to gradually shift from"professional learning"to"job learning",creating a good environment where everyone strives to succeed,everyone can succeed,and everyone can fully display their talents.It also solves the problem of the influence of"hard"stratification on students'learning enthusiasm due to exam scores.Higher vocational colleges can widely apply flexible layered teaching models,enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education to students,and promote high-quality development of vocational education by deepening school enterprise cooperation,establishing industrial colleges,developing job course packages,restructuring teaching teams,and strengthening process evaluation.
