在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,将"三全育人"理念融入职业院校成功教育实践,使得成功教育不再仅仅局限于学术成就,围绕"培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人"这个教育根本问题,以德育为根本,坚持"五育"并举,全力构建培养多维度、具有社会责任感、具备创新精神和实践能力的人才培养体系,极大地丰富了职业院校成功教育的内涵,体现了"三全育人"融入成功教育的必要性.同时,"三全育人"融入成功教育面临着来自理念更新、家校社共育、师资队伍建设三个方面的时代挑战,从成功教育的创新实践角度给出了相关应对策略,明确了职业院校成功教育的创新实践路径,以期为我国职业院校的成功教育创新提供相关实践经验.
Exploring the Innovative Practice Path of Success Education in Vocational Colleges Under the Concept of Three Comprehensive Education
Guided by the Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era,the concept of three comprehensive education has been seamlessly integrated into the success educational practices of vocational colleges.This integration expands the scope of success education beyond mere academic achievements,emphasizing instead on addressing fundamental questions such as"what kind of individuals to cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom are they being cultivated."Moral education serves as the cornerstone while simultaneously implement"five educations",resulting in a multi-faceted talent development system that emphasizes social responsibility,innovative spirit,and practical abilities.It greatly enriches the connotation of success education in vocational colleges and reflects the necessity of integrating Three comprehensive education into success education.However,this approach also faces contemporary challenges in terms of conceptual renewal,home-school social education dynamics,and teacher team development.Through an innovative approach to success education practices in vocational colleges,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and outlines an innovative pathway for advancing success educational practices within China's vocational college.
