数字化转型时期高职教师数字素养提升的现实桎梏与优化策略

摘要
在教育数字化转型背景下,推进职业教育数字化改革和重构,构建职业教育新生态成为新的战略任务.高职教师作为数字技术赋能职业教育高质量发展的重要内生变量,其数字素养水平的提升是职业教育数字化转型的关键.然而,在高职院校教师数字素养提升的过程中,仍然存在政策落实与支持机制缺失、实践研培与资源连通限制、主体意识与信息孤岛困扰等困境.对此,为建构职业教育新生态,应健全教师数字素养提升的保障机制、搭建教师数字素养培育的实践平台、培养教师数字素养提升的主体意识.
Abstract
In the context of digital transformation in education,promoting the digital reform and reconstruction of vocational education and building a new ecosystem of vocational education have become new strategic tasks.As an important endogenous variable of digital technology empowering the high-quality development of vocational education,the improvement of digital literacy level of higher vocational college teacher is the key to the digital transformation of vocational education.However,in the process of improving the digital literacy of higher vocational college teacher,there are still difficulties such as the lack of policy implementation and support mechanisms,limitations in practical research and resource connectivity,and the dilemma of subject consciousness and information isolation.In order to construct a new ecosystem of vocational education,it is necessary to establish a sound guarantee mechanism for the improvement of teacher digital literacy,build a practical platform for the cultivation of teacher digital literacy,and cultivate the main consciousness of teacher digital literacy improvement.
