摘要
高质量发展视域下职业院校德技并修育人模式改革是当前提升院校内部治理和人才培养质量的必然要求.职业教育已步入高质量发展阶段,但当下仍存在重技轻德、德技分离、德技贫弱等现象.基于此,从德中寓技、技中养德、德技融合三方面提出高质量发展背景下职业院校德技并修育人模式改革的理念.展望改革路径,应营造德技并修育人氛围、搭建德技并修育人平台、完善德技并修育人体系.
Abstract
From the perspective of high-quality development,the reform of the moral and technical combination education model in vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for improving the internal governance and talent cultivation quality of colleges.Vocational education has entered a stage of high-quality development,However,there is still a phenomena of emphasizing technology over morality,separating morality and technology,and weak morality and technology at present.Based on this,the concept of reforming the mode of moral and technical combination education in vocational colleges under the background of high-quality development is proposed from three aspects:integrating morality with technology,cultivating morality through technology,and integrating morality with technology.Looking ahead to the reform path,we should create an atmosphere of moral and technical education combination,building a platform for moral and technical education combination,improve the system of moral and technical education combination.
