The Formation Mechanism and Cultivation Inspiration of Craftsmanship Spirit Among Handicraft Workers——Based on Interviews with 20 French Professionals
Using the grounded theory research method,interviews were conducted with 20 French artisans to reveal the mechanism of the formation of their craftsmanship spirit.Individual factors serve as the driving force,while environmental factors serve as the supporting force,jointly promoting individuals'acceptance and attention to the craftsmanship spirit.As a result of the initial manifestation of the craftsmanship spirit,individuals'sense of achievement,self-esteem,and happiness become new driving and supporting forces through the interaction between individuals and the environment,promoting the gradual internalization of the craftsmanship spirit.This cycle guides individuals to constantly pursue excellence and strive for excellence.Based on this mechanism,suggestions are proposed for vocational colleges to assist students'families in carrying out vocational enlightenment education,establish a vocational literacy training system that emphasizes both morality and skills,and create a school culture that promotes the cultivation of students'craftsmanship spirit.
