Research on Problems and Countermeasures of the Cultivation of Craftsmanship Spirit Among Students in Technical Colleges——Taking Two Technical Schools in N City as an Example
Technical colleges are important institutions for cultivating skilled workers,and shoulder the responsibility and mission of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit.Taking two technical schools in N city as an example,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it was found that there are problems in the current cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among students in technical colleges,such as a focus on technology over moral,one-sided understanding,unclear content and insufficient characteristics,a focus on theory over practice in methods,a gap between learning and application,vague evaluation standards and single methods,and shallow understanding and insufficient practice of effectiveness.To solve the above problems and improve the effectiveness of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit,technical colleges should clarify the cultivation goal of integrating"three craftsmen",develop school-based characteristic cultivation content,improve multi-dimensional and balanced cultivation paths,construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system,and create a social atmosphere of multi-party collaborative education.
