Analysis of the Construction Path of Digital Teaching Factories in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Structural Functionalism——Based on the AGIL Analysis Framework
As a product of the integration of industry and education, digital teaching factories aim to modernize and digitize vocational education by integrating resources from enterprises, schools, and society and innovating teaching models. From the perspective of structural functionalism and framed by the AGIL model, this paper analyzes the functions of adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and pattern maintenance of digital teaching factories.Through an in-depth exploration of its functional orientation, the significant roles of digital teaching factories in meeting industry needs, enhancing students'practical skills, improving the quality of education, and achieving teaching efficiency are revealed. The paper also discusses the challenges and dilemmas faced in reality, aiming to provide a new theoretical perspective and approach for the future construction of digital training bases and educational reforms.
