新《职业教育法》把建立职教高考制度上升到法律层面,重申了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》对职业教育的定位与建立职教高考制度的改革目标.作为中国特色考试招生制度,职教高考制度的当务之急是优化调整高等职业教育的生源结构.职教高考制度是一个体系而不单是一个考试,建立职教高考制度的关键是要实现职教高考制度和普通高考制度的协同共建.具有枢纽性作用的职教高考制度,是统筹推进职业教育与普通教育协调发展的必要前提.新《职业教育法》锚定高素质技术技能人才目标,给出建立符合职业教育特点的职教高考制度是夯实职业教育类型教育的关键一招.
Practice Orientation of College Entrance Examination System for Vocational Education Under the Background of New Vocational Education Law
The New Vocational Education Law elevates the establishment of the college entrance examination system for vocational education to the legal level,reaffirm the orientation of vocational education in the implementation plan of national vocational education reform and the reform goal of establishing the college entrance examination system of vocational education.As the Chinese characteristics of the examination and enrollment system,the urgent task of the vocational education college entrance examination system is to optimize and adjust the student structure of higher vocational education.The college entrance examination system of vocational education is a system rather than just an examination.The key to establish the college entrance examination system of vocational education is to realize the cooperation between the college entrance examination for vocational education and the general college entrance examination.The college entrance examination system of vocational education acts as a pivotal role,which is a necessary prerequisite for promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and general education.The New Vocational Education Law anchors the goal of high quality technical and skilled talantsand proposes that establishing the college entrance examination system in line with the characteristics of vocational education is a key move to consolidate the type of vocational education.
