Qualitative Research on the Design of Teaching Objectives for Vocational Professional Courses——Taking the Works of the Tourism Service Teaching Competition in J Province as an Example
Teaching objectives,as the soul of teaching,are the starting point and foothold of teaching,commanding the entire teaching process.By using NVivo12 software to code and analyze the teaching objectives in 24 award-winning instructional design works by tourism service teachers,the results showed that the teachers had a relatively consistent expression pattern when designing teaching objectives,including knowledge,ability,and quality objectives;There are problems in the statement of goals,such as treating teaching activities as goals,using vague words,and lacking precise descriptions of cognitive levels.From this,it can be concluded that vocational school tourism service teachers should grasp the overall teaching objectives and correctly understand the three aspects of the expression mode when setting them;Distinguish teaching activities from teaching objective statements to achieve precise and standardized expression;While focusing on the classification of learning outcomes,attention should also be paid to the grading of cognitive processes,so that teaching objectives can truly serve the classroom of vocational professional courses.
