Research on Improving the Talent Cultivation Quality in Higher Vocational Education Under the Background of Course Ideology and Politics
The construction of ideological and political education in courses has a positive impact on talent cultivation in vocational colleges,which affects the construction of teaching and quality control systems at the professional(group)level more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate ideological and political elements that reflect the spirit of the times,social responsibility,technical ethics,and job quality into the professional curriculum system of vocational colleges from a professional perspective,and achieve the organic integration of professional skills learning and ideological and political elements.To this end,it is necessary to further improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges from three aspects:optimizing the school's talent cultivation system,faculty team,and quality evaluation,to ensure that talent cultivation meets the needs of society.
