教师教学创新团队共同体建设是推动职业教育高质量发展的核心要素,是培养高素质人才的主要推动力,也是破解"双师型"教师队伍建设的重要途径.学习型组织视域下高职教师教学创新团队是一个系统化、整体化的团队,当下还存在系统思维不足、共同体愿景不明、团队合作制度不全及传统理念固守等困境.因此,高职院校应加强系统思维、构建共同愿景、完善制度建设、重塑教学理念,创新高职教师教学创新团队共同体建设的路径.
Research on the Path of Building a Teaching Innovation Teams Community for Vocational College Teachers from the Perspective of Learning Organizations
The construction of a teacher teaching innovation team community is a core element in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education teaching,a main driving force for cultivating high-quality talents,and an important way to break the"dual teacher"teacher team construction.From the perspective of a learning organization,the teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers is a systematic and integrated team.Currently,there are still difficulties such as insufficient systematic thinking,unclear community vision,incomplete team cooperation system,and adherence to traditional concepts.We should start from strengthening systematic thinking,building a common vision,improving institutional construction,and reshaping teaching concepts to promote the pace of building a innovative teaching teams community for vocational college teachers.
