Integrated Cultivation of Vocational Literacy and Professional Skills for Higher Vocational College Students:Motivation,Logic and Framework for Construction
In order to actively respond to the demand for talents empowered by digitalization and intelligence in economic and social development,this paper explores the construction motivation and logical basis of the integrated cultivation of vocational literacy and professional skills for vocational college students through in-depth analysis of education policies and relevant theories of educational psychology.The specific implementation strategies of integrated cultivation are systematically expounded,and a framework for the integrated cultivation of vocational literacy and professional skills is constructed from four aspects:theoretical basis,goal setting,implementation strategies,and evaluation feedback.This provides an effective path to improve the quality of education and students'comprehensive abilities,in order to meet the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in the rapidly developing social economy.
