EU Experience in Enhancing Digital Literacy of Vocational Education Teachers
In the construction of"Digital China",educational digitization is an indispensable and important component.To improve the adaptability of vocational education,we must seize the opportunity of digital development and use digital thinking to systematically plan the development of vocational education.In promoting the digital transformation of teachers,the EU has taken measures such as comprehensive training to promote the sustainable development of teachers'professions,funding support for digital transformation,and multiple measures to develop educational digital resources.These measures have put forward new ideas for promoting the digital development of China's teaching staff,that is,China can promote the construction of digital teaching standards and norms by establishing a digital competency framework;create a digital technology environment and ensure the quality of digital teaching development;innovative diversified cooperation between schools,government and enterprises,and improve the collaborative mechanism of digital development in teaching,which enable it to better meet the market demand and diversified talent growth needs during the period of rapid digital development.
