班主任队伍建设一直是中职学校师资队伍建设的重中之重,班主任专业能力提升是时代发展的需要,也是中职学校提高内涵建设的现实需求.当前,班主任专业能力提升仍面临教育压力过大、考核指标过多、研究能力不够等问题,教育管理部门和学校要锚定目标、谋划在前,缜密细致地构建好班主任专业能力提升机制,建立班主任专业能力培养体系,夯实好班主任专业化研修之基,为班主任成长建设搭建好平台,调动好班主任主观能动性,激发出自身内在驱动力,促进职业教育高质量发展.
Difficulties and Strategies for Enhancing the Professional Competence of Vocational School Class Adviser in the New Era
The construction of the class adviser team has always been a top priority in the construction of the teaching staff in secondary vocational schools.The improvement of the professional competence of class adviser is not only a requirement of the times,but also a practical need for secondary vocational schools to enhance their connotation construction.At present,the improvement of class adviser'professional competence still faces problems such as excessive educational pressure,too many assessment indicators,and insufficient research capabilities.Education management departments and schools should anchor goals and plan ahead,carefully and meticulously construct a mechanism for improving class adviser'professional competence,establish a system for cultivating class adviser'professional competence,consolidate the foundation of class advisers'professional training,build a good platform for class advisers'growth and construction,mobilize class advisers'subjective initiative to stimulate their own internal driving force,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
