Mechanisms,Challenges and Strategies of Empowering Vocational Education with New Quality Productive Forces from the Perspective of Educational Ecology
From the perspective of educational ecology,as an external environment,the mechanism by which new quality productive forces empowers vocational education is through the input of information,tools and concepts,acting on ecological entities such as government,vocational colleges,enterprises,managers,teachers,and students,thereby empowering the development of vocational education.However,from the perspective of educational ecology,empowering vocational education with new quality productive forces faces challenges in three aspects:negative reactions-being content with the status quo,incorrect or confused reactions-seeking change in obscurity,closed reactions-uncoordinated changes.The following strategies can be adopted for this:strengthening theoretical research and practical tracking of new quality productive forces;strengthening the construction of urban industry education consortia and industry industry education integration communities;strengthening the construction of the teaching staffin vocational colleges.
