Cultivation of Vocational Education Educationalist:Educational Logic,Practical Difficulties,and Path Analysis——Based on the Perspective of Role Theory
Vocational education teachers are the key to the development of vocational education.The cultivation of high-quality skilled talents and the construction of a modern society cannot be separated from a group of high-quality vocational education educationalist.The cultivation of vocational education educationalist is in line with the public's demand for high-quality vocational education,and promoting the cultivation of vocational education educationalist is also helpful for the future development of vocational education teachers,vocational colleges,and vocational school students.From the perspective of role theory,the current process of cultivating vocational education educationalist in China faces practical difficulties such as"role positioning confusion","role shaping confusion",and"role cognitive conflict".To address the above issues,it is needed to start from clarifying the positioning of role development,improving the quality of role training,and standardizing role evaluation,and take this as a logical basis to accelerate the cultivation of vocational education educationalist who meet the development of the times and the expectations of the public.
