Innovative Practice of Local Cultural Education in Vocational Schools——Construction of a Local Cultural Education Model Based on"Traceability,Accountability,and Job Suitability"
Local culture has a long history of development and distinct local characteristics.It accumulates a profound humanistic history and spiritual pursuit of a region,and plays a significant role in the educating work of vocational schools.Based on this,this article elaborates on the value of local cultural education in vocational schools from the perspectives of moral education,talent cultivation,and comprehensive human development,explores the problems existing in local cultural education and attempts to construct an implementation path of"traceability,accountability,and job suitability"for local cultural education with distinct vocational school characteristics from the dimensions of resource integration,classroom teaching,extracurricular practice,and environmental creation.This path focuses on cultural embedding action,responsibility embedding awareness,and job embedding industry to achieve the goal of cultivating talents who integrate knowledge and action,and cultivate both moral and technical skills,so as to provide new ideas for further implementing the fundamental task of"moral education".
