Investigation and Analysis on the Development of Vocational School Micro-Certificates Based on the Integration of Job,Course,Competition and Certification
The integration of job,course,competition,and certification is a key direction of current vocational school teaching reform and an important measure to improve the conversion rate of classroom knowledge.In order to actively respond to the new requirements for talent cultivation quality brought about by the transformation and upgrading of industries,this study conducted a survey on the development of micro-certificates based on the integration of job,course,competition,and certification in vocational schools,aiming to solve the problem of the mismatch between course content,teaching evaluation,and job requirements.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this study understood the real problems in the development of micro-certificates and proposed specific pathways for their development.
