The Internal Logic and Development Trend of Century Old Rural Vocational Education in Promoting Rural Construction
The rural vocational education has been promoting rural construction and development in different ways at different historical periods.By systematically reviewing the century old history of rural vocational education's role in rural construction,this thesis reveals that under the great leadership of the Communist Party of China,rural vocational education has been providing intellectual support for rural construction by fostering talents for rural development.It has been supporting the construction of rural skill systems through disseminating advanced production skills.It has empowered the increasing farmers'income and the achievement of shared prosperity in rural communities.In the new era,rural vocational education must continuously strengthen the cultivation of farmers'subjectivity to enhance the intrinsic motivation for rural development;reconstruct inter-subjective relations to deepen industry-education collaboration for rural construction;assume responsibility for the inheritance of skills with local cultural characteristics to support the building of rural cultural fields;and follow the principles of green development to accelerate the process of rural modernization.
