新质生产力对劳动者的数字素养提出了新的要求.开放大学是培养劳动者数字素养的优质力量,可以发挥在职教育优势,工学结合助力劳动者AI渗透技能提升;发挥在线教育优势,混合式教学助力劳动者人机共生能力形成;发挥开放办学优势,"三教协同"助力劳动者终身学习能力培养.当前,开放大学在培养劳动者数字素养的实践上存在以下困境:数字基础设施的系统建设需要重视,课程体系构建的数字化推力应该加强,教师队伍的数字素养亟待提升.为了提升劳动者的数字素养,开放大学应深化产教融合,打造以数字基础设施为载体的数字教育生态;坚持育训结合,多元主体构建"宽、专、融"数字化课程体系;基于数据赋能,系统联动提升教师数字素养.
Cultivation of Digital Literacy for Workers in the Context of New Quality Productivity:Based on the Exploration of Open Universities
The new quality productivity has put forward new requirements for the digital literacy of workers.The Open University is a high-quality force in cultivating digital literacy among workers,and can leverage the advantages of on-the-job education,combining work and learning to help workers improve their AI penetration skills;leverage the advantages of online education,and blended teaching helps workers develop the ability to coexist with machines;leverage the advantages of open education and promote the coordination of vocation education,higher vocational education and continuing education to foster the lifelong learning ability of workers.At present,the Open University faces the following difficulties in the practice of cultivating digital literacy of workers:the systematic construction of digital infrastructure needs attention,the digitalization of the curriculum system should be strengthened,and the digital literacy of the teaching staff needs to be improved.In order to improve the digital literacy of workers,open universities should deepen the integration of industry and education,and create a digital education ecosystem with digital infrastructure as the carrier;adhere to the combination of education and training,and build a"broad,specialized,and integrated"digital curriculum system with multiple subjects;based on data empowerment to build a mechanism for improving teachers'literacy systematically.
