The Era Value,Indicator System,and Implementation Path of Professional Evaluation in Vocational Colleges
Professional evaluation of vocational colleges is an important part of measuring the level of education in vocational colleges,and plays an important role in promoting the improvement of talent cultivation quality in vocational colleges.On the basis of summarizing the time value of professional evaluation,based on the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era,this paper adhere to systematic design,highlight hierarchical classification,construct a universal internal and external vocational professional evaluation index system model,and propose measures such as establishing an objective professional evaluation mechanism,integrating regular diagnosis and reform at the professional level,and improving incentive measures at the professional level to implement professional evaluation in vocational colleges.
