Research on the Objective of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education Within the Framework of Marxist Humanistic Theory
The modernization of individuals is a crucial objective of talent cultivation in higher vocational education in this new era, with the essence being the realization of their free and comprehensive development. At present, there are some lack of humanistic issues in the training objectives of higher vocational education, such as focusing on the extension rather than the connotation, emphasizing skills rather than morality and art,and focusing on commonality rather than individuality, which neglect the correct understanding of the essence, value, and significance of human beings. The cultivation of higher vocational education talents must adhere to the guidance of Marxist humanism, take the connotation development and lifelong development of students as the overall requirements, take the combination of morality and skills as the basic principle, and take the comprehensive development and everyone's talent as the value orientation. To achieve the goal of high-quality training of vocational talents,we should activate the internal driving force of students by constructing an independent and open educational field;practice the integration of theory and practice in teaching, and enhance the effectiveness of cultivating morality;build a talent cultivation model with characteristics of higher vocational education, and promote the comprehensive and diverse development of students.
