The Dilemma and Approach of High-Quality Employment for Vocational College Students:From the Perspective of Cultivating the Core Competencies of Skilled Talents
Employment is the biggest livelihood issue,and high-quality employment is the basic guarantee for the healthy development of the economy and society.From the perspective of cultivating the core competencies of skilled talents in vocational colleges,and starting from the growth law of technical and skilled talents,this article analyzes the logical connection between the cultivation of core competencies of skilled talents in vocational colleges and high-quality employment,and the current research situation and practical dilemmas in the cultivation of skilled talents in vocational colleges,including the need of improve professional competency training due to increasing risk of job substitution,the need of improve innovation ability due to the improved flexibility of new employment forms,the need of strengthen cultivation of digital competencies due to the changing employment situation in the digital age.It is proposed to strengthen the integration of professional development and clarify the positioning of"job-skill matching"talent cultivation;deepen the integration of production and education,and build a talent supply pattern of"innovation and technology integration"between schools and enterprises;strengthen the digital transformation and upgrading,open up the talent growth channel of"digital technology collaboration"and further improve the supply capacity of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
