Value Connotation,Realistic Dilemma and Countermeasures of Part-time Teachers in Vocational Colleges in the Construction of Innovative Teaching Teams
In the context of the new era,part-time teachers are important participants in the high-quality development of vocational education,and can bring new elements and new impetus to the construction of innovative teaching teams in vocational colleges.In the construction of teaching innovation teams for teachers in vocational colleges,the participation of part-time teachers is of great significance,but there are also many practical difficulties.Based on this,this paper proposes feasible paths for enhancing the professional competence of part-time teachers and building innovative teaching teams for part-time teachers,including implementing the post ability improvement project for part-time teachers,establishing a talent selection management system for part-time teachers,improving the teaching evaluation system for part-time teachers,and empowering the high-quality development of vocational education.
