The Connotation and Cultivation Path of Digital Teaching Ability of Vocational School Teachers
In the context of the dual transformation of education digitalization and vocational education curriculum reform,it is urgent to improve the digital teaching ability of vocational college teachers.Based on the analysis of the award-winning works of 20 professional course teacher teams,consultation with participating teams,and multiple rounds of expert argumentation using the Delphi method,it is concluded that the digital teaching ability framework for professional course teachers in vocational colleges consists of three dimensions:the ability to apply digital technology,the ability to select digital technology,and the ability to integrate digital technology.It is proposed to link pre-service and pre-job training,and precede ability training;combining general training with specialized training,implementing at different levels and grades;establishing a learning team to improve the level of integration of digital technology and education;adopting the"three-integration and one-innovation"approach to collaboratively develop digital textbooks;using digital tools to enhance the evaluation ability of teachers and students,which providing a direction for thinking on improving the quality of classroom teaching in vocational colleges and promoting the classroom revolution in vocational education.
