Era Demands,Key Challenges,and Optimization Strategies for the Construction of Digital Textbooks in China-ASEAN Vocational Education
The digital era and the development of the China-ASEAN community with a shared future have given birth to the era demands for the construction of digital textbooks for China-ASEAN vocational education. The digitalization of vocational education content holds significant importance for China-ASEAN integration. It is essential to leverage the construction digital textbooks to enhance the accessibility and inclusiveness of vocational education content across the region. However,at present,the construction of digital textbooks for China-ASEAN vocational education still faces challenges such as a lack of diversity in development,insufficient technical support for development,and inadequate promotion. In view of these challenges,there is a need to set the construction goals of digital textbooks for China-ASEAN vocational education,ensuring the textbooks adhere to key attributes such as overall relevance,systematic regulation,instrumental value,scientific accuracy,progressive content structuring,comprehensive practical foundation,iterative growth process,and intelligibility of digital forms;to rely on the China-ASEAN Vocational Education Development Research Think Tank,to develop vocational education digital textbook development technologies in alignment with textbook attributes;to promote the systematic coordination of international systems and improve the construction conditions for China-ASEAN vocational education digital textbooks.
