The Practical Dilemma and Implementation Path of Group-Based Assistance in Vocational Education Under the Background of Common Prosperity——Taking Liyang Vocational Education Talents'Group-Based Assistance to Baihe County in Shanxi Province as an Example
Education plays a fundamental and long-term role in promoting rural revitalization,and the group-based assistance of educational talents is one of the important measures for education to assist rural revitalization. The research focuses on summarizing the practical experience since the first cycle of project implementation,and finds that there are problems in the group-based assistance work,such as incomplete assessment and incentive mechanisms,need of strengthening policy support and guarantee,supply-demand mismatch,incomplete coverage of assistance work,weak radiation and driving force,and insufficient initiative of assisted schools and teachers. In response to these issues,this study proposes builds a platform for sharing actual demand information,accurately diagnoses and customizes assistance plans,forms a rural education demand evaluation mechanism,promotes the comprehensive development of group-based assistance,establishes a comprehensive performance evaluation system,creates a positive working atmosphere and culture,and other strategies. The aim is to further improve relevant strategies through practice,provide reference experience for better carrying out group-based assistance work,and achieve rural revitalization.
