摘要
近年来,工程技术研究者们对人机交互的技术实现问题进行了持续的探究,同时哲学、社会学、心理学等领域的研究者们也对人与计算机在交互过程中产生的一系列现实问题产生了浓厚的兴趣.然而,对于到底什么是交互,以及人机交互的本质是什么这样的问题,学术界仍然模棱两可.如果说单个智能体存在的核心意义在于信息承载,那么对于人类而言,主体间相互规定以及在周围环境中的共生共存则是解决问题的重要维度.这意味着,交互过程不仅仅蕴含了具体情境中稳定的客观性特征,更意味着个体通过交互离开私人的领域,最终与其他主体或智能体一道形成融合性智能的过程.正是在此意义上,人机交互过程的本质并非实现信息协同,而是一个内部与外部、主体与智能体及世界连续统一的过程.
Abstract
In recent years,engineering researchers have continued to explore the technical realization of human-computer interaction,and scholars in philosophy,sociology,psychology and other fields have also developed a strong interest in a series of practical problems arising from the interaction process between human and computer.However,it remains ambiguous on the questions of what does Interactivity amount to,and the nature of human-computer interaction.If the core meaning of the existence of a single agent is information bearing,then for human beings,mutual regulation between agents and symbiosis in the surrounding environ-ment are important dimensions to solve the problem.This means that the interaction process not only repre-sents the stable objective characteristics in the specific environment,but also means that the individual leaves the private domain through interactivity,and eventually forms integrated intelligence together with other subjects or agents.In this sense,the essence of the human-computer interaction process is not about infor-mation coordination,but the continuous unity of internal and external,human and computer and the world.
