Abstract
Spiritual production is"the production of thoughts,ideas,and consciousness";spiritual production ac-tivities are cultural production activities,spiritual products are cultural products,and spiritual production is subject to"the universal laws of production".Marx has a genetic definition of culture based on the concept of"spiritual production";cultural leadership is the leadership of the spiritual production process,which con-sists of four powers:production dominance,discourse dominance,theory construction,value leadership.Anarchism and uniformity in spiritual production are two extreme states that must be avoided in the process of upholding the party's cultural leadership.
