摘要

目的 探究全麦粉对高脂喂养小鼠血糖、血脂水平及抗氧化能力的影响.方法 32只3~4周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为4组,每组8只,正常对照组采用普通饲料喂养,高脂饮食组采用高脂饲料喂养,全麦粉组采用高脂饲料和全麦粉混合喂养,精麦粉组采用高脂饲料和精麦粉混合喂养.每周测量并记录小鼠体重和摄食量.9周后剪尾取血测定空腹血糖(FBG),眼球取血测定总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)水平;处死后取脂肪组织称重.比较各组小鼠体重、总摄食量、Lee指数、脂肪指数、血糖、血脂和抗氧化指标.结果 与正常对照组比较,高脂饮食组、全麦粉组和精麦粉组小鼠体重、总摄食量、Lee指数、脂肪指数和FBG升高,血清GSH-Px水平降低;高脂饮食组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA水平升高(均P<0.05).与高脂饮食组比较,全麦粉组小鼠Lee指数和脂肪指数降低,但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);全麦粉组和精麦粉组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA水平降低,血清GSH-Px水平升高(均P<0.05).结论 全麦粉可有效改善高脂喂养小鼠的血脂水平,提高抗氧化能力,但在本实验周期内全麦粉和精麦粉对小鼠的影响未表现出明显差异.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of whole wheat flour on blood glucose and lipid levels and antioxidant ca-pacity of high-fat fed mice.Methods Thirty-two male C57BL/6J mice at ages of 3 to 4 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 mice in each group.The normal control group was fed with ordinary diet,the high-fat diet group was fed with high-fat diet,the whole wheat flour group was fed with high-fat diet and whole wheat flour,and the re-fined wheat flour group was fed with high-fat diet and refined wheat flour.Nine weeks later,blood was collected from the tail for measurement of fasting blood glucose(FBG),and blood was also collected from the eyeball to determine the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and malondialdehyde(MDA).Adi-pose tissue was taken and weighed after death.Body weight,total food intake,Lee's index,adipose index,blood glu-cose,blood lipids,and antioxidant indicators were compared among the four groups of mice.Results Compared with the normal control group,the mice in the high-fat diet group,whole wheat flour group,and refined wheat flour group exhibited increased body weight,total food intake,Lee's index,and adipose index,as well as decreased GSH-Px levels;the high-fat diet group had elevated levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA(all P<0.05).When compared to the high-fat diet group,the whole wheat flour group showed lower Lee's index and adipose index,but the difference was not statisti-cally significant(both P>0.05).Both the whole wheat flour group and the refined wheat flour group had reduced levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and MDA,as well as increased GSH-Px levels(all P<0.05).Conclusions Whole wheat flour can effectively reduce the body weight of high-fat feeding mice,improve blood lipid levels,and enhance antioxidant ca-pacity.However,there was no significant difference in the effects of whole wheat flour and refined wheat flour on mice during the experimental period.
