妇产科住院医师规范化培训研究热点和发展趋势
Research focuses and development trends on standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents

摘要
基于中国知网数据库,利用CiteSpace软件对 176 篇妇产科住院医师规范化培训教学论文进行可视化关键词共现、时间线图谱和突现词分析,发现导师制、基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)和基于案例学习(case-based learning,CBL)等教学方法逐步应用于妇产科住院医师规范化培训,并取得了较好的教学效果,而翻转课堂、情景模拟教学和Mini-CEX教学效果评价是该领域最新的研究热点.妇产科住院医师规范化培训发展趋势由传统的教学模式向以学生为主体、注重临床能力和混合式教学转变.
Abstract
One hundred and seventy-six studies from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)on standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents were analyzed by CiteSpace to conduct a visual keyword co-occurence,timeline and burst analysis.It was found that tutorial system,problem-based learning and case-based learning were gradually used in the standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents,and achieved better teaching results compared with conventional teaching method.The current research focuses in this field were flipped classroom,situational simulation teaching and Mini-CEX.The trend of standardize training for obstetrics and gynecology residents was shifting from traditional teaching mode to student-centered,clinical competency-oriented and blended teaching mode.
