医学院校课程思政生态共同体建设的要素关联与实施路径

构建"课程思政生态共同体"是落实立德树人的有力保障,契合高等教育高质量发展要求.目前,医学院校课程思政教学存在着形式大于内容、教师能力不足、教学缺乏系统设计、考核机制不完善等问题.本文基于这些问题,探索医学院校课程思政生态共同体的内涵,分析共同体的构成要素关系,将其涉及的多个构成要素借喻为土壤、气候、水源、成长主体 4 个层面;结合课程思政生态共同体的系统整体性、共生共长性和共情共振性特征,针对性地提出课程思政生态共同体建设的实施路径.
The factor association and implementation path of construction of curriculum ideological and political ecological community in medical colleges and universities
Building a"curriculum ideological and political ecological community"is a powerful guarantee for the implementation of moral education and cultivating people,and is in line with the requirements for high-quality development of higher education.At present,ideological and political teaching has problems such as course form being greater than content,insufficient teacher ability,lack of systematic teaching design,and imperfect assessment mechanisms.Based on these problems,this article explores the connotation of the ideological and political ecological community in the curriculum,analyzes the relationship between the community's constituent elements,and metaphorically refers to the multiple constituent elements involved in the four levels of soil,climate,water source,and growth subject;combined with the system integrity,symbiosis and co-growth,and empathy and resonance characteristics of the curriculum ideological and political ecological community,an effective path for the construction of the curriculum ideological and political ecological community is proposed in a targeted manner.
